From that little guy that made his own "kitchenware" and cooked my "food" till today, i have gone through a lot and i am still not there yet. When i first started working in the Industrial kitchen to kitchen that i manage now, i am still not there yet. After 6 years of dreaming, i am finally able to find a canvas that i am allowed to paint freely on, i have finally found that playground that every little children wants to play at, that world that will allow you to see things in which others may not. Currently, in my menu, you can find partial gueridon service sandwiches, where we do the cuts in front of your eyes and with your own time and pleasure, and then you can complete your own sandwich in whatever way you want to. Stir fry in which you are the boss so you make your own bowl and create your own dish and i will fire it up for you just the way you want it! My signature dishes using fresh seafood and meat where you will have to come find out yourself.
