Chef Felix Tai
Born and raised in Malaysia, with Chinese and Indian ethnicity, Chef Felix developed his desire to cook as early as 6 years old as he silently observed his mother. Through her he learned the basics of cooking. Later on, as he pursued a formal culinary education while during his off hours he cooked for family and friends.
Growing up in a country where food is available 24/7 and is influenced by multi ethnics, each with their own spices, richness, culture and traditions, gave Chef an opportunity to know what good and loving food really means long before entering the professional world. His focus now is to ensure that everyone gets to understand and taste the diverse flavor and enjoy the beauty from his childhood, ultimately helping people to understand that food is love.
